It's a job. no other pros

Bad management Owners never in Grumpy customers No organization between department heads, and workers No room for salary to improve as time goes on Schedule letting you know if you work Sunday, is posted late friday, giving you no time to prepare your weekend wont higher extra help, so they don't have to pay health insurance to employees. Runs skeleton crew.

It's all about the numbers they manipulate him daily there never accountable. Struggle to pay their bills. DSD refuses to delivery. Failure to make payment.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing -- fun worker environment, from baggers to the managers. Build relationships with customers, 99% are regulars. Ability to branch out, help other departments, despite official title -- depending on the day. Good summer, or at least short-term, job. Gain 40hrs/week quickly with o of work. Quirks and fun! We're all fun and crazy here!

Cons

Owners are good at numbers, but can be bad with people. Schedules are rarely done in a timely fashion. Requests for days are often unfulfilled. Calling in sick, or being sent home sick, more than one day can result in severely cut hours. No benefits. No representation. Mediocre pay -- No union, no pay raise requirements. Little growth capacity. 99% of customers are regulars, remember, so you'll have to deal with the ones you can't stand a lot.
