Pros

A great place to try new foods that you wouldn't normally try for a good price. Make sure to check expiration dates tho.

Cons

Management allows there customers to yell, be-little, swear and act little rejects of the community to there employees. Management does not value there employees at all and that is why there is a high turn over rate!!!

Pros

The customers are probably the best part since you're interacting with them all day. My coworkers were extremely helpful and were down-to-earth people for the most part, especially since we were of the same age group.

Cons

Management, big time. Since this was my very first job I felt lost and nervous the first week I was there. My "training" consisted of a YouTube video and a fifteen minute overview of a cash register, then I was pushed into the deep end. Since I was new, all I was allowed to do was work the cash registers. Whenever I had a question, I would ask my coworkers instead of the manager. The manager was intimidating and condescending in their tone, and I would be extremely reluctant to ask them questions. Later on I saw that there was a lot of favoritism and I was being treated unfairly. At one point I was getting shorter breaks/lunches than my coworkers. Within a month I saw 5 people leave, and it's probably due to that reason. Customers have even reported the high amount of turnaround in employees, so that says a little something about working for the compant.

Pros

Great interaction with customers. Good product on the shelves. It's a good start for kids who are looking for a first job. If you're unemployed this is a good stop-gap until you get that good paying job with benefits.

Cons

There's no benefits,There's no real personal growth. Most employees don't want to learn or do much more of their job requirements because of they're being paid minimum wage. Basically a dead end job, or a last stop for old grocery hands.
