Pros

Everyone that I work around really take pride in doing their job well. It's welcoming to know that other employees other than myself really care about the customers.

Cons

This is an Outlet store. Which means theres a progressing amount of product coming in and out of the store. Something might not be priced right and maybe wont come back at all.

Pros

Employees and customers get excited about the great prices. There is a family feeling between employees and the operators. Its usually busy and the day goes by quick. Lots of room to advance if you're willing to learn.

Cons

There isn't health insurance or any other benefits.
