Really bad management. Work daily starts at 4pm and goes on and on till 1 am to sync with their offshore team. Very unethical leadership who decided to move all tech stack to SAP. Inexperienced directors taking wrong decision without much clarity on solution.

Great culture and work environment. Growing rapidly, which provides lots of opportunities. Leadership truly cares about the company mission and having a positive impact

Cons

The company leads with a 'lean' approach that can stretch people even in normal circumstances, but when there's extra demands, it can push people a bit far (though mgmt does recognize this and try to deal with it)
