Pros

You will always have something to do at Grocery Outlet, which is what I like. Stocking shelfs and organizing aisles can be taxing and tedious at times, but is great for building skills like time management, dexterity, initiative, and your overall work ethic.

Cons

Management can be excessively confrontational at times

Being a smaller grocery store means a better run location with no interdepartmental conflicts

Cons

Cement floors and an active set of duties means you'll have to maintain personal health to make this a longer term position
