Gave me the schedule I needed.

Cons

I didn't like having the amount of time spent on each transaction being monitored on a computer and then having it posted on the wall to show how fast you were that day. I worked hard and was fast but there were other co-workers who were faster because they had been working there a long time. It was too much pressure. I would have felt better being able to go fast and focus on giving friendly customer service at the same time. I felt like a robot attached to a timer and was a little dehumanizing.

Great team, easy to move up. Like any Retail, there is a lot of turnaround but Ryan is always good about trying to accommodate time of requests.

Cons

Lots of turnaround. Pay isn’t great.

Pay is not too great even with prior experience. No health benefits.
