If you still have a passion from the days of the true merchants, this is the place for you. If you desire to make a difference in your community, if you need to free yourself from the shackles of corporate red tape, if you just want to do it your way, if you want endless income potential, if you have a competitive spirit with the work ethic to win the customer, this is the place for you! If you desire any of these qualities in your work place, why are you working for someone else? Take a leap. I assure you, you can do it. You'll have all the support you need along your way to independence.

Cons

Business ownership is not for the meek. You need true grit. This company had recently gone through some difficult changes in our system updates. Those "growing pains" have mostly corse corrected. This group of leaders and operators are in position to drive results and income for this brand.
