      Would never work here again and never recommend it to someone

      Flexibility with your a schedule Occasionally good coworkers

      Cons

      Incredibly mismanaged store. Could not keep employees for more then two weeks or so; new employees were coming in and leaving as soon as they got here. Give you duties that technically out of your job description when you applied. Little pay for the job you are required and expected to do. Very little training (only one day). Favors upper management to a fault. Not sure if corporate is like this, but franchise was.

      Their idea of having a working crew is having 5 people hop back and forth between departments every other day doing everything. And a dozen cashiers
