Too Much Favoritism

Pros

You make good money. If you love to travel then you will love it. You have your own corporate p card to book your flights, rentals and hotels.

Cons

Too much favoritism on the set team. There are cliques that will not help other new team members. Everybody wants to be a lead.

Every employee is held to a high standard of manners and politeness

Cons

People are not trained for a long enough period of time before being let loose to work on their own, and mistakes are made in merchandising often. This leads to frustration and low sales productivity
