      Pros

      Really amazing company, culture, and people. Free food. Not an average call center where you are a number and your metrics are the only thing that matters. You are a person and part of a team unlike large companies.

      Starting pay is less than most tech jobs.

      Good benefits, great company culture, wonderful team that provides plenty of on-the-job support.

      Cons

      Organizationally it can be confusing at times, as Groove is effectively three companies in one, but this is true for any growing company.
