      Pros

      From day 1 this company has exemplified what it means to take care of their employee's. It's not just a motto. The facility, amenities, health and awareness programs, and providing a platform to give all employee's a voice in our All Company meeting is top-notch. I honestly can't say enough good things. What a beautiful and motivating environment.

      Cons

      I aim to be critical and provide honest, constructive feedback. I say this honestly, I can't think of one thing that I would fix if given the opportunity. It's....surreal.

      Groove is a faced paced environment with positive energy. The business has a family feel. Everyone is very close and the people there are great to work with.

      I miss everyone when I am not in the office.

      Pros

      - Great pay and growth opportunities with multiple pathways for career growth. - Incredible culture. They care about each and every employee as a person. - Top notch benefits; from everything to the snack bar/gym/in house massage therapy to medical/dental/vision. The health benefits have great coverage. They don't offer the bare minimum. It's the best health insurance I've ever had.
