      Groove understands success derives from providing your people with the best possible environment to succeed. Groove offers the best product set in the industries it services. Those products are supported and backed by some of the smartest people in the industry, The Executive Team is willing to listen to ideas and wants to grow by using the wealth of knowledge and skill set of the people on the team. There is an understanding that growth and success comes from people and relationships not spreadsheets, reports or some type of crazy sales algorithm. The culture is second to none.
