      1. My personal time is respected. 2. The company Christmas party was awesome and fancy. 3. Work-from-home friendly. 4. My thoughts and ideas are valued. 5. The building is super nice. 6. Necessary training is provided.

      Pros

      Very involved ownership who takes the time to care about each employee well being and happiness. Groove is the least stress environment I have every worked in and i am thankful to have landed such an amazing opportunity.

      Cons

      Only downside i can think of at the moment is being a remote worker who does not benefit on the day to day office events. The office has a masseuse where you can schedule a lunch time massage, frequent pot lucks, snack bars plus state of the art office built specifically for this company.
