Having complete transparency of company's objectives and fiscal results drives individual ownership to all levels of this organization. No Cons. Anything that might be viewed as less than perfect are simply a symptom of our explosive growth as a company. Staffing continues to be proactive and ongoing, in order to meet our customer's needs and to promote a very healthy and desirable internal company culture.

Pros

Plenty of room to grow. Great environment and culture. I love coming to work everyday. We're growing exponentially while keeping the small-company vibe. So much to learn! Plenty of technology! Groove seems to care for its employees. I'm probably going to stick with Groove for as long as I can. Seems like a great start to a great technology-based career.

Cons

Working as a field technician: Too much travel. Seriously way way too much travel as a technician (but that's just for me, a home-body) Working in the office: No cons that I can think of right now.

Our field technicians are the face of our company, and we love the effort that they put into installs, as well as, doing the right thing for our customers. We have been making a conscious effort to do more for our field technicians and get them more involved. Also, we have been able to add new technicians to our team, and we will continue to search for more new team members to ease some of the travel strain that has occurred.
