You truly feel like you belong and are appreciated regardless of title or tenure. Everyone here matters and is able to work collaboratively. * Does right by the customer. Groove maintains a strong set of morals and ethics to do right by the customer at all costs. We go above and beyond to ensure healthy and positive long term customer relations.

Cons

Small-medium size company growing fast experiencing some growing pains organizationally. Nothing outside the standard expectation for any company in a similar situation. We are growing fast and continuously developing.

From day 1 this company has exemplified what it means to take care of their employee's. It's not just a motto. The facility, amenities, health and awareness programs, and providing a platform to give all employee's a voice in our All Company meeting is top-notch. I honestly can't say enough good things. What a beautiful and motivating environment.

Cons

I aim to be critical and provide honest, constructive feedback. I say this honestly, I can't think of one thing that I would fix if given the opportunity. It's....surreal.
