Pros

Autonomy, self-leadership. Current management was born and raised in the company. But it is a hard journey as IPS strives to recruit the bests. IPS management is convinced the new recruits will, in turn, develop the IPS of the future.

Cons

As any startup, hard work and quality is required: reputation takes years to build and very few moments to fade away
