Pros

The mentorship at Group1001 provided me with valuable guidance and support during my time there. Having a mentor allowed me to learn from someone with more experience, gain insights into the industry, and receive personalized advice on my professional development. The mentor's expertise and willingness to invest time and effort in helping me were greatly appreciated.

Cons

I feel compelled to share my honest and disappointing experience working at Group 1001. While there were some positive aspects, such as a friendly work environment and decent compensation, there were several glaring issues that ultimately led to my dissatisfaction and termination. One of the most concerning aspects was the management's tendency to follow hearsay rather than conducting thorough investigations. Unfortunately, this resulted in a lack of fairness and justice within the organization. In my case, I was terminated without any solid proof or evidence to support the allegations against me. It was disheartening to see my professional reputation tarnished without the opportunity to defend myself adequately. Moreover, I observed a glaring inconsistency in the company's approach to drug abuse among employees. While there were individuals who openly boasted about their drug use, no drug testing procedures were in place to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. This lack of regulation not only jeopardized the well-being of employees but also created an unprofessional atmosphere that hindered productivity. Another frustrating aspect of my time at Group 1001 was the management's tendency to prioritize keeping employees who were costly to the company, even if they were underperforming. It was disheartening to witness high-performing individuals consistently fixing the mistakes of those who should have been held accountable. This practice not only demotivated talented employees but also impeded the overall growth and success of the organization. While there were certainly positive aspects to working at Group 1001, such as the pleasant work environment and reasonable compensation, the issues mentioned above greatly impacted my overall experience. The lack of fairness in handling disputes, the absence of drug testing, and the biased retention of costly yet underperforming employees left me questioning the integrity and competence of the management.

Pros

None; run away as far as possible

Cons

I strongly caution against trusting the reviews of this company. Working here can be extremely challenging due to pervasive corporate politics and favoritism. Management tends to prioritize certain individuals, leaving employees feeling unsupported. Additionally, many positive reviews may be artificially inflated by marketing efforts rather than reflecting genuine employee experiences. Across all departments, urgent issues are not addressed promptly, leading to a decline in overall efficiency and productivity.

Pros

If you are interested in playing games and kissing up…choose this firm. But never talk back or interact with any top execs or you will be gone.

Cons

Toxic, favoritism, unfairness, nepotism and no integrity are the top descriptors for this firm. Fellow employees will stab you in the back and lie to get ahead. The culture from the top promotes and rewards this behavior. The company employs relatives of some but not others. It’s an entertainment shell company solely used to support the entertainment and associated travel and expenses for entertainment of top execs. Unqualified individuals are hired without interviewing and unqualified arepromoted while qualified, performing employees are stepped on, treated poorly or let go.
