This lack of regulation not only jeopardized the well-being of employees but also created an unprofessional atmosphere that hindered productivity. Another frustrating aspect of my time at Group 1001 was the management's tendency to prioritize keeping employees who were costly to the company, even if they were underperforming. It was disheartening to witness high-performing individuals consistently fixing the mistakes of those who should have been held accountable.
