It really depends on the project and what you want

Pros

A good salary I would say, but only if you know to put pressure and ask for it. Opportunity to travel depending on the project. Collegues are really nice.

Cons

The client is always right (even when it's not and the management should stick with you). When they need you, you're the best, when not, well... bad luck for you. Be sure to ask for a higher salary from the beginning. No development plan, only in theory.
