      Cab facility, insurance, nothing much

      No transparency with employees about performance. Poor audits by QA which constantly puts employees mental health at risk. Unrealistic targets and messed up tools. Employees are subject to races to outperform without recognition. Main moto is to push targets all the time. There is no assurance that the job u hav now will be there for the next day. So unreliable. Not trust worthy. Enormous layoffs without explanation. No room for promotion and recognition. 0% job assurance.
