Previous CEO was way better. Health benefits aren't good. Hard to excel or move up. You're supposed to sell extra products to members and there's no incentive to sell. Only thing they have going for them is low interest credit cards. Mortgage rates, auto loan rates, and everything else is subpar. Members would rather have rates with other places and I dont blame them.
