      Instant referrals Connection with all different types of providers through the portal and the ability to refer for psych evals, instantly.

      Pros

      Immediate referrals to build private practice. Pay is decent for one particular insurance that rhymes with “Geyser” . Option to only see clients virtually.

      Support team seems overwhelmed at times.

      Pros

      I have worked in other private practices and it can be extremely isolating. Grow Therapy has made remote private practice (and in person, if preferred) as community based as they can. There is a support network online and there is always a human to talk to regarding help with the platform, or just general questions about work. I appreciate all of the training videos available as well. This has been a great process for me and I am glad I chose grow therapy.

      Cons

      Having to learn yourself some things us difficult but there are videos available and opportunities to meet with someone online to help.
