Pros

They are responsive and incredibly helpful! They completed all the work for my credentialing with insurance companies, were in constant contact with me regarding progress, and I’ve created a great community for therapist in private practice to support one another. I was credentialed with three insurance companies within two weeks of starting with grow. Within three months of being with GROW I have six clients. GROW has help me with my marketing and pays for my psychology today profile and has also reviewed my profiles to make sure that they are attracting the client I work best with. Even if the insurance denied my claim, GROW will still pay it out to me. They take care of all of the billing and I don’t have to worry about anything, only client care.

Cons

Although I know GROW already working on this, I would like to be able to accept Medicaid and have GROW help me with this in my state

-My team is super supportive and always willing to help -The company (higher ups included) keep you in the loop with everything that's going on in monthly meetings -The mission to make mental health more accessible really is a driving thing for all of the employees (not just chasing profits)

Cons

-Not technically a down side, but you do need to be able to work self sufficiently
