      Pros

      It's easy to work at Grow Therapy. I work part-time and online, in addition to my full-time employment. It's basically like having your own practice but with a little help with the admin side. Platform is very easy to use.

      Cons

      I haven't received any referrals from Grow, but it could be due to my limited availability.

      I joined Grow Therapy to set up my own private practice and everything has been running smoothly. I appreciate the staff of Grow Therapy for helping me to get set up so quickly. I also feel that I am fairly paid for the services I provide. I also love that that I am able to work from home with this position,
