      Pros

      I have been very happy partnering with Grow Therapy. It does require clients to choose you as a therapist, but I have received many clients from Grow. Expect your caseload to take a few months (3-7mon) to build your practice into a full time gig. If you are ready for slow and steady building of a client base, this company partner is for you.

      Great platform, lots of support, awesome connections with other providers, office hours, help during the onboarding process and ability to choose your available hours.

      Cons

      May be challenging for new therapists without experience and some administrative issues (e.g., client completion of initial paperwork, no shows) which is to be expected.
