      So many issues, so little support

      Pros

      I received lots of referrals when I need them.

      Cons

      Untimely pay periods. The notes are tedious and not user friendly. Much of the site (behind the scenes, so to speak) is not user friendly. There is no support - usually when there's an issue, you are stuck "speaking" with a robot. Humans respond in a day or two. They do their best to help. The system overall is poorly run and not user friendly.

      I love working for Grow!

      Pros

      -My team is super supportive and always willing to help -The company (higher ups included) keep you in the loop with everything that's going on in monthly meetings -The mission to make mental health more accessible really is a driving thing for all of the employees (not just chasing profits)

      Cons

      -Not technically a down side, but you do need to be able to work self sufficiently
