      Pros

      I enjoy the Circle community, my caseload has grown very quickly, I was credentialed very quickly with a number of insurance providers and from the start (recruitment until now) customer service has been top tier (especially quick email responses). On top of all of that, now GROW therapy is paying for my Psychology Today profile and there's reoccurring subscription fees. P.S. I also loved the money tree sent to me!

      Pros

      You can create your own schedule. No more “requesting” time off. Billing is easy to learn! Easy invoice process. Cash pay clients also accepted. 30 min trainings are immediately available if needed via video library.

      Cons

      Synching issues with iCloud calendar was a problem, I’m still waiting to be credentialed with FL BCBS on this platform, and my appointment availability would have taken a long time to fill up had it not been for my loyal client following.
