Pros

I have been with GROW therapy for about four months and it was very easy to get started. As a part-time therapist, there are many opportunities to connect with other professionals to get ideas and assistance with clients. Also, there are topics to research and read about for professional issues.

Cons

Logging into a different website for teletherapy instead of having it integrated into the GROW platform would be nice.

They are responsive and incredibly helpful! They completed all the work for my credentialing with insurance companies, were in constant contact with me regarding progress, and I’ve created a great community for therapist in private practice to support one another. I was credentialed with three insurance companies within two weeks of starting with grow. Within three months of being with GROW I have six clients. GROW has help me with my marketing and pays for my psychology today profile and has also reviewed my profiles to make sure that they are attracting the client I work best with. Even if the insurance denied my claim, GROW will still pay it out to me. They take care of all of the billing and I don’t have to worry about anything, only client care.

Cons

Although I know GROW already working on this, I would like to be able to accept Medicaid and have GROW help me with this in my state
