      Pros

      At Grow, I have met some of the most incredible and inspiring colleagues I have ever worked with! The work is always evolving as the company grows itself, and the challenge feels dynamic. The leadership is very transparent about goals and progress, giving me a sense of ownership in our company's journey.

      Cons

      It can be painful to not give our customers everything they want all the time when some of our competitors do, but I feel confident in the decisions our teams have made and excited by the product we are building.
