      Pros

      Work life balance is awesome! This is why we go to school to become our own boss. There are no strict rules, such as at the other HUGE telehealth company I worked for before & no manager meetings when we’re licenced that act like it’s for us but it’s for company productivity. No required meetings at Grow! Thank you!!

      Cons

      No healthcare benefits/1099 work. In Ca I’m required to have healthcare & it’s been difficult with no employer insurance.

      - Kind and collaborative coworkers who are fun to be around - Meaningful work with a direct impact for people to access better mental health care and to better support therapists - Company is doing really well financially

      Not really a con, but it’s a startup environment that moves quickly, which may not be the place for everyone
