      My referrals started out slow, but have picked up very well. I'm sure I could be paid more possibly by a different company, but I like that someone else's worries about all the details.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are decent. Flexible time off. Good mission and a decent product supported by a sane and ethical business model.

      Cons

      Immature and mostly inexperienced leadership team in Engineering. Most people grew with the company and they've found themselves in roles they don't understand how to do.

While there’s no traditional management or structured team dynamic, and benefits aren’t provided since it’s an independent contractor model, the autonomy and work-life balance make it well worth it for self-motivated clinicians.
