      Pros

      Complete freedom! You choose which insurances (or not) to except, which clients to work with, and how many hours. No micromanaging at all! Just like being in private practice without the headaches.

      Cons

      There is no live person to reach out to, for issues after the initial hiring and onboarding, but you can leave a message in the chat and they respond quickly.
