      Pros

      Grow has an excellent onboarding program. They provide substantial marketing support and manage all of the details to ensure proper credentialing and great insurance rates.

      Pros

      Everyone I’ve interacted with has been great from interview to onboarding. They got me in network with providers pretty quickly and now I’m just waiting for referrals. They seem to do a lot of the heavy lifting and as a private practice owner and operator I’m very greatly for what Grow is doing!

      Cons

      The waiting is the hardest part.
