Great mission, management needs work though

- People are very mission-driven and genuinely some of the nicest people I've worked with - Our product is pretty interesting - Pay is decent for our size - Fully remote is nice

Cons

- Engineering infrastructure has not at all scaled with headcount, so be prepared for a massive monolith where every team is inter-dependent - Lack of leadership. Majority of management's time is spent in day-to-day process rather than big-picture vision, driving the org forward - CTO comes from a product background. For some people this is a pro, for many engineers this means product wins out and engineers are often encouraged to cut corners & accrue tech debt to ship quickly.

Nice layout for provider page, good income, helpful to get you started, some insurance companies are quick to get you credentialed and GT does the work for you; they set you up with multiple agencies like Psychology Today and ZocDoc

Cons

Getting questions answered is labor-intensive due to having to sift through bots/topics and forums As with credentialing with any insurance company, some of them take a long time.
