No joke the best place I have worked. They are Super flexible with when you work as long as you get your work done, Along with unlimited PTO which is a nice perk if you use it. Warm inviting culture, fun atmosphere with supper cool things like n64 gaming everyday. Even my wife likes coming in to the office to visit because the people are so nice and want to meet her.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary just growing pains as they bring on allot of new people it is difficult to figure out where you fit.

Pros

Grow has been a great place to work. The environment is both fast pace and fun. Management actually listens to employee feedback. Everyone that is here works hard to pull their own weight; and at the same time is willing to help anyway they can. We work hard but taking a break is encouraged, there is even a room setup to play video games. A refrigerator stocked with cold drinks and breakfast once a week is pretty awesome too!

Cons

None that I have noticed. I'm very happy working here.

Pros

You are treated like a professional all of the time. The work atmosphere is full of energy and healthy competition. Unlimited PTO. The best culture I have been a part of.

Cons

The budget for travel is fairly low. Compensation could receive a boost as well.
