Pros
Amazing team. Great leadership who really care about their team as people. Fantastic product. Can do so much and I can't imagine running a business without it. No one will say 'not my job', everyone jumps in to help. Sales works with the rest of the company, they don't just try to hit their quota at all costs. I actually liked working with everyone at the team, didn't have the divas that other companies sometimes struggle with. Honestly working at Grow changed my life and my career. From what I learned, opportunities I was given, experiencing what it is like to work on a great team.
Cons
Fast changing environment means sometimes you have to reload and start again in short order. Competitive space means the there is pressure to execute and iterate quickly. Grow doesn't compete in a sleepy industry. Product has a lot of areas to learn meaning it can take a bit of time to get up to speed and feel confident using the product.
