      Breaks at the same time daily and free weed

      Cons

      Management talks about employees like high school kids. Promotions on the grow team are pretty much the only way to get a pay increase. If you work in another department good luck.

      Some coworkers really care about each other and push people to do their best.

      Cons

      Management picks and chooses favorites. Often throwing other employees to the side. Management likes to have personal and intimate relationships within the facility and its employees. Management and most employees smoke weed on facility grounds. Management is petty and also the main source of drama. They will have meetings to specifically call out people. Management did not provide information or receipts of writeups when terminated.
