Cons

no tuition reimbursement. you work bank holidays. open 6-7 days a week. managers lack knowledge and are incompetent. pay really sucks. unstable bank with bs human resources.

Pros

Good pay and benefits packages for the industry. Friendly employees and clean working environment. Good HR staff that will work with you to find the right departmental fit. Monthly bonuses were based on personal performance rather than on group goals.

Cons

Changes in daily responsibilities happen frequently, making it difficult for employees to gain a full understanding of their job. Upper management makes unilateral decisions before finding out how the decisions will affect the various departments. Due to corporate downsizing responsibilities outside of the job description happen frequently.
