They will have you work there for a while even when they dislike you

Cons

Poor management, poor communication skills, poor pay, lack of training (they had someone who had less time at the company than me train me for a location they had never worked at), lack of awareness of what's going on per site, and worst of all, if you requested more time they will give u bs answers and never really get back to u
