This is a good stepping stone company if you need to get your foot in the door. Will give you lots of experience. They will give you time off if you request it.

Cons

Sometimes over time is a little intense. You will need to request time off.

This is a pretty laid back job dependent on your site. I have worked at several different sites and they were very nice to be at on a day to day basis.

Cons

Sometimes you are working 2nd or 3rd shift, so you will need to be used to working independently and doing all points of checks at all hours.
