Pros

The management staff is always helpful and willing to assist in anything you need. Paint at the OT rate on shifts that land on Federal Holidays. Pay Differential for working Graveyard. They assist you in obtaining your Level 2 or Level 3 guard card.

Cons

Some sites are better than others.

The administration, particularly Jeremy Messer, is a military veteran who is willing to work with you concerning nearly anything. He’s very knowledgeable, supportive and his military background makes him ideal for this industry. If you prove to be a reliable employee, you can work as much as they’ll allow.

Cons

Like many industries, you may work on holidays. No worries as you’ll get paid time and one-half.
