      -exciting portfolio -flat structure

      Cons

      -CEO personally selects top , experienced candidates and subjects them to rounds of rigorous interview with no objective in mind -Makes candidates prepare business plan without any background information given - final decision made to offer senior level job as a 3 months contract role for trial as they felt candidates had no prior genomic experience ( definitely so as genomics is a very new genre)

      The top management is micromanaging and does not listen to new ideas. Only one top person would make decision based on his liking.
