Toxic culture led by even more toxic leadership. You'll be told multiple different things by different leaders and expected to follow. If you don't just do everything they say and how they want it, even if you know it's not the right thing to do, they will belittle you and talk down to you. Full of cliques and if you don't "get in line", you're an outsider and are treated as such. Extremely political. Expect to work all hours of the day, on vacations, and weekends.
