Pros

Good team structure if you're lucky. Complex environments to work through, lots of different businesses to learn from.

Cons

Poor HR policies. HR team is inadept and inefficient. Corporate bureaucracy and politics throughout the company.

Pros

Excellent benefits, still provides a pension, discounts on life insurance products and decent vacation time

Cons

Corporate culture is an "Old Boys Club", HR never questions when a manager goes on a tirade. Double standards run rampant, and there is an overall culture of distrust. Everyone was terrified to report an issue because it could mean they would get fired
