Pros

There's plenty to do! You won't be bored. The culture is such that you're absolutely allowed to bring new ideas and initiatives to management. They have very competitive pay, nice bonuses and quite a few perks.

Cons

Like any large company there's a lot of red tape and control.

Pros

Salary on 25th of every month.

Cons

Incompetent Managers in S layer IT dept. They are only surviving job by being in good books of leaders. Favouritism is in blood of this org in India. Since the managers are insecure, as they are incompetent, they don't let others grow. Layoffs on the cards.
