Pros

Their cafeteria is nice, and free meals on Wednesdays are nice.

Cons

Guardian hires temp workers to manage all HR related inquiries. These temp workers receive no time off, no insurance, and receive below average pay hourly through the temp agency. Management will entice these temp workers with a “full time position”, after 3-9 months of “training”. Most temp workers end up quitting, or being let go from the stress. Guardian desires young temp workers to staff their department, and fail to recognize the turnover is due to bad management, and unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Great company benefits and flexible work

Cons

Not the old Guardian. New leadership is cold and uncaring. The legacy leadership style that made Guardian great is no longer.
