Pros

Was fun in the beginning but employee and management turnover made working here (in Tempe) a nightmare. Not to mention the incessant/unsustainable mandatory 15 hours of overtime for more than half the year.

Cons

Hight employee and management turnover

Pros

Pay is decent, Benefits are good, Some of the tl's are great

Cons

Stressful, 30 min lunches, penalized if you have pto hrs to use and need to take off for an appt but there are no hours in the pool, QA can be very strict, back to back calls sometimes you feel like you can't catch your breath before another call comes in

Pros

They give you, or give you access to, EVERYTHING you could need to be successful! Especially if you are also underneath Park Ave Securities

Cons

Best experience is if you are with an independent firm
