Pros

If you are a “friend or pal” of the CEO you will be hired with no skills to do a job you are not qualified for. There are a ton of wonderful people who are scared to death they are going to lose their jobs under the new regime.

Cons

If you like a culture that is ruled by fear you found the right place. It’s insane how in 2-3 years an amazing culture could be completely destroyed. This company was wonderful however a new leader who is an egomaniac was brought in and made sweeping changes, firing tons of talented people who were passionate and knew the business to bring his buddies in. Work life balance is a joke, people are leaving left and right and it is a terrible place to work. If they included the word DON’T in their values it would be accurate. People DON’T count; we DON’T do the right thing...

Pros

Most co- workers were hardworking and have the best intentions

Cons

Stop talking about Diversity and Inclusion when the core of the issue is mistreating people because you're in power and Can. Isn't that the same issue regardless of the Color of someone's skin?

Pros

Nice building and ability to work from home

Cons

The company says they live by 'People Count" and "We do the right thing.", but they have been outsourcing work to other countries and cutting long-term employees. Management continually changes and makes the front line change the way they do things. The place is in constant upheaval. During my last 2-3 years there, I wasn't even sure who was responsible for what in my management team.
