Pros

Great people and commitment to their work. Stable environment, many people have worked there for decades. Access to participate in working groups across the firm.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Because many people have been around for a long time, it's hard to move around.

Pros

Good benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401K, bonus structure). Good downtown location, close to subways. Free coffee. Subsidized cafeteria on-premises.

Cons

The entire company is in transition from a 20th century organization to more of a 21st century company, but is throwing away much institutional knowledge in making that transition. There were many re-orgs, job eliminations and personnel changes.

Pros

Management is flexible with vacation and sick time scheduling. The work is relatively easy and the metrics are reasonable obtainable. Position offers ample vacation time.

Cons

Lack of opportunity to further ones career and communication between teams is very minimal. The position does not pay very well.
