Pros

Great 401(k) match, and good yearly bonus program. PTO is not capped for salary employees, be a grownup and get your work done and there isn’t issues taking off. Work/life balance is very good.

Cons

It’s a very large company so experiences will vary depending on the department you are in. There is a push for 2-3 days in the office if you live near an office, but there are still fully remote positions.
